Seldio apps

Architecting a Unified Omnichannel Experience. As the sole designer, I'm tasked with crafting a unified digital experience across various platforms. From concept to completion, I'm responsible for every visual and interactive element.

Overview

I led the design of Seldio’s all-in-one SaaS platform, built to manage the full restaurant ecosystem—from self-service kiosks and webshops to POS systems, kitchen display (KOT), and queue management. The challenge was to create a scalable design system that worked seamlessly across restaurants, retail, and pharmacy sectors.

POS systems often lack flexibility in handling complex products with custom options, sub-options, and bundled meals. Businesses needed a way to easily configure dynamic product structures, set meal deals with discounts, and reuse the same system across different industries.

Problem

I visited 10+ restaurants and small stores to observe real workflows. Common issues included poor UX for modifiers, no clear meal-bundling logic, and manual setup headaches. Competitive analysis (Square, Toast, Lightspeed) revealed a lack of scalable option trees or cross-industry flexibility.

Solution

I designed a dynamic product builder with multi-level options, ingredient-level pricing, and a meal toggle for bundling items with custom discounts. Visual indentation and grouping made complex setups intuitive. The UI was built to scale across kiosks, mobile, and desktop platforms.

The platform now allows restaurants and retailers to quickly configure products, upsell via bundles, and manage operations from a single system. The unified design system ensures consistency and ease of use across all channels.
